Configure & Hands on Cisco Switches.Work Experience and Knowledge of VLANs /STP /SMTP/NAT/PAT/DHCP/BGP/RSTP and topologies.Configuration Switches/Router/Mikrotik firewall network T.S L2, L3 network monitoring Troubleshoot & Resolve L1 and L2 Circuit issues.Implement Ether Channel b/w switches and b/w OLT & Switches and Implement SNMP Configuration PRTG/CACTI/MRTG monitorting tools.

  Complete configuration of newly install OLT (Huawei MA5600T, ZTE C300, ZTE C320) and make ready for provisioning services.  Configuration and customization of ONT-LINE profile, ONT-VAS profiles, ONT-Service profile, DBA profiles,   Configuration of end users for PPPoE, POTS & P2P using GPON Huawei MA5600T OLT using U2000/CLI and ZTE ZXA10 C320 GPONOLT using CLI).  Provide technical support to customers (Corporate, Retail, Residential).   Conduct monthly audit reports of all Pops in south region and involve relevant department stakeholders.  Monitoring nationwide FTTx network South, Central and North region using Solar Winds Orion NPM, CACTI and LIBRE NMS. Also maintaining daily basis Uplinks reportConfiguration, Maintenance and troubleshooting of GPON Triple-play Service Internet.Configure & Hands on Huawei, Raisecom,V-Sol (Optical Network Unit) and Creating and troubleshoot. Configure & Hands on Cisco Switches.Work Experience and Knowledge of VLANs /STP /SMTP/NAT/PAT/DHCP and topologies.Ensure monitoring of customer networks & managing of customer complaints at NMS and through CRM.Ensures response to emails, tickets and calls, completing requests and resolving issues & maintaining NOC Information Management. Provides guidance to major faults escalated and ensures minimal network service disruption/ degradation.Troubleshoot & Resolve L1 and L2 Circuit issues.Implement Ether Channel b/w switches and b/w OLT & Switches and Implement SNMP Configuration.Access Huawei / V-SOL / Raisecom OLT of different nodes for Troubleshooting Network Issues.Configuration and troubleshooting of GPON ONU. Monitor network health using ORION IP-NMS, PRTG. Configure & Hands on Huawei, ,VSol (Optical Network Unit) and Creating and troubleshoot SIP Profiles. Configure and maintain graphs of Uplink.
